BUILD STAMINA

HIIT works on the principle of adaption, where the body adapts to the strain it is put under to improve its ability to cope. By pushing the body into the anaerobic zone, where the heart is performing to 80-90% of its maximum rate, the heart, lungs and muscles will learn to adapt to the challenge. Not only will a person find that the exercises become easier, they’re body will also be able to maintain speed and exertion during other forms of rigorous exercise.

IMPROVE CARDIO

Interval training was first introduced in the 1950s as a higher intensity training, it was used to improve the performance of elite Olympic athletes.
Our HIIT programme is designed to mimic sparring rounds, with short bursts of intensity followed by a brief rest. Just like rolling!

A QUICK, CALORIE BURNING WORKOUT

One of the key benefits of HIIT is its time efficiency. If you can only commit 30 minutes to a workout, HIIT is the best option for you. You'll enjoy the same health benefits as you would in a longer, less intense workout. You'll also enjoy some unique benefits, based on the mechanisms of how HIIT works.
